Chapter 2

Unrequited Love- Chapter 2 Together

Back in the prefects meeting room, Jennifer and Zach were together.
“The truth is the girl I love is you. I don’t want our relationship just to be brotherly love. Can you be girlfriend?” Zach whispered to her.
Jennifer was shocked. She never thought that a prefect that she had a crush on actually confessed to her.
“Did Cheryl tell you about this? That I loved you more than a brother?” she asked.
“No. I didn’t even know you loved me more than a brother.” Zach replied honestly.
This can’t be true. She thought. How can a dream actually come true? I might be dreaming again right now. However, she wasn’t dreaming. She could feel Zach's warm hand.






She nodded happily.
“I think it’s time to go back to class now. However, just so that our friends won’t suspect we were together, I will use the middle staircases to go back to class while you use the canteen staircase.” Zach said.
“Ok then. See you later!” she replied.





When Zach went back to class, Zach was crowded by his friends.
“Where did you go Zach? We were worried about you.” HJ said.
“I just went to the toilet. I had a stomach ache, but I’m feeling much better now.” Zach lied. They didn’t need to know the truth. Zach thought.
“I told you HJ. You don’t need to worry about our friend Zach.” Cody said.
“Did you see Jennifer just now?” SY asked Zach.
“No. Why? Is she in trouble?” Zach asked.
“Ms. Ang just wanted her to help her do some stuff.” SY replied. “However, since she isn’t here, I will just go in her place.”
“I heard someone call my name.” Jennifer said as she walked in the classroom. “I’m going to go see her now.
“Ok then. Bye!” She said.



Class continued as usual. However, it was 10 minutes until the end of school. So, everyone just revise their homework. The class was so quite that if a pencil fell on the floor, you could even hear it. The main reason is: Ms. Ang was their class teacher. Ms. Ang was the disciplinary teacher of their school. Ms. Ang and the headmaster were the same age and went to the same university.
“Hey Zach, how about we have a party after UPSR?” Cody whispered to Zach quietly, because he didn’t want to get caught by Ms. Ang.
“Hm… Ok. But let’s just talk about it after UPSR.” Zach replied.



In the teacher’s room, Ms. Ang was talking to Jennifer.
“Jennifer, could you pass Ms. Wong this note? This is very urgent.” Ms. Ang told Jennifer.
“Yes Ms. Ang, I will do that now.” Jennifer replied. After that, she did everything Ms. Ang told her and went back to class. When the students of Ms. Ang class was lining up, getting ready to go home, Jennifer saw Zach. Zach saw Jennifer. Both maintained eye contact for quite a while. “Ring……………….” Zach made a sign to Jennifer saying that he will call her later and then went home. Jennifer kept blushing all the way home.
Although the sound of the school bell rings and they have to leave each other, they found a place in each other hearts, a place that can’t be separated.



What will happen if Cody and Andrew finds out? I can't gurantee an answer in the next chapter, but I will very soon!
